Las Vegas Author, Rozanne Nathalie, Introduces New Children's Book Series About "Sensitive" Infertility Topics

Rozanne Nathalie, a Las Vegas resident, revealed today a new series of children's story books designed to introduce the very sensitive topics of assisted conception and infertility to young children. The first three books focus on three common forms of creating families through infertility treatments: Our Beautiful Work of A.R.T addresses the topic of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF); A Part Was Given and an Angel Was Born is about Egg Donation; and From Out of My Body Your Soul Did Grow addresses Surrogacy. Her fourth book, Special Delivery, deals with the subject of adoption.

"During my 10 years of working with people struggling with infertility, I realized that aside from support groups available to patients going through treatment, there wasn't much information available for them. Whether or not parents tell their children how they were conceived is a very personal choice. For those that choose to tell, many struggle with how to explain to their children where they came from. These books are designed to assist parents so that they will have an easier time introducing these sensitive, somewhat "heavy" topics, to their children."

Rozanne Nathalie was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and moved to this country at the age of five years old. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Fine Arts, Rozanne moved to Los Angles, where she began working at an infertility clinic. With her unique ability to empathize and interact with aspiring parents, Rozanne was soon running the clinic's third party parenting organization (egg donor/surrogate agency). Under her guidance, and driven by her passion, what started as a one office facility, quickly grew to become one of the largest private third party parenting organizations in the country. Since then, Rozanne has been able to connect with so many people who, with her support and the appropriate medical advice, have been able to transcend the emotional hurdle that so many infertility patients face, and make their dreams of becoming parents a reality.

These books were made possible through the generous support of Serono, Inc a global biotechnology leader who maintains the top position internationally in reproductive health.
